From the heights of finance to the heart of our land
After thirty-five years devoted to the heart of our country's financial system — monetary regulation, banking governance and the restructuring of microfinance — I have come to a deep conviction: a nation's true development is measured by the vitality of its countryside and the dignity of its rural people.
Enriched by that institutional rigour and by a passion for collective progress, I chose to place this experience directly at the service of those who feed our land, by founding our Non-Governmental Organisation.
An integrated vision for rural transformation
Our ambition is clear: to turn the sweat of our farmers into lasting, shared prosperity. We work as close to the ground as possible to structure farming and livestock activity, ease access to markets and give producers the tools of genuine economic autonomy. But development cannot be complete without improving living conditions: that is why we are working at the same time for access to drinking water, the rehabilitation of schools and stronger health facilities at the heart of our villages.
A partnership built on excellence and impact
Alongside local communities, our teams and our institutional and financial partners, we are building a model of action founded on transparency, sound management and measurable impact. To join our initiative is to invest in people, to honour the work of the land and to offer a promising future to the coming generations of our regions. Together, let us make every village a hub of development and hope.
